The regulations guide GOSAF-KIE, are related to what has been proposed in the Article 19 and 33 of the 4th chapter of the extract of the statutes governing GOSAF

BLOCK I. LEADERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY-INTERURO YA 1: UBUYOBOZI N’INSHINGANO
The duties and assignments of the members of committee of GOSAF-KIE base on the article 14, 19, and 20 of the 4th Chapter in the STATUTES governing GOSAF-

1. The Leader of GOSAF-KIE is the legal representative of GOSAF and He She must be responsible of any matters concerning the welfare and sustainability of GOSAF-Umuyobozi wa site niwe muyobozi wa wemewe ushobora guhagararira GOSAF kandi agomba kugenga ibibazo byose bijyanye n’imibereho myiza n’ubusugire bwa GOSAF.
2. He or She is seconded by the Secretary who takes over his or her responsibilities when the Leader is absent-Umuyobozi wa GOSAF kuri Site yungirizwa n’Umunyamabanga ari na we usigarana inshingano ze iyo adahari cyangwa abiherewe uburenganzira.
3. There are four members of the executive committee that help the leader and the Secretary to run the family-Hari abandi bane bagize komite bafasha umuyobozi n’umunyamabanga kuyobora umuryango.
These are/Abo ni:
1. The treasurer/Umubitsi
2. The advisors (2)/Abajyanama
3. The in charge of Protocol/Ushinzwe umushyikirano

1. GOSAF KIE Leader/umuyobozi wa GOSAF kuri site
2. GOSAF KIE Secretary/umunyamabanga
3. GOSAF KIE Treasurer/umubitsi
4. GOSAF KIE Protocol officer/Ushinzwe umushyikirano
5. GOSAF KIE Advisor (1)/umujyanama(1)
6. GOSAF KIE Advisor (2)/umujyanama(2)
5. after consulting the National executive committee, the leader has the power to momentary stop one of the members of the committee due to any kind of misdemeanors (Alcoholism, rape, genocide ideology, segregation, racism, torture, robbery, …)/amaze kubimenyesha ubuyobozi bwa GOSAF National,umuyobozi wa GOSAF kuri Site ashobora guhagarika by’agateganyo umwe mu bagize Komite kubera impamvu zitandukanye z’imyitwarire mibi(Ubusinzi,kwangiza abana/gufata ku ngufu,ingengabitekerezo ya jenoside,ivangura runaka,ubujura,….)
6. Other members of GOSAF KIE are also subjected to the proposal of alinea 5 in case of any kind of misbehavior/abandi banyamuryango ba GOSAF kuri site bagengwa n’ibivugwa muri (5) igihe habayeho imyitwarire mibi.
7. The leader reserves the power to present GOSAF KIE whenever invited. Though He or She can delegate any member of the committee when there is a sensible motive/umuyobozi wa GOSAF kuri site afite ububasha bwo guhagarira umuryango aho bawutumiye nubwo ashobora guhitamo kohereza umwe mu bagize komite igihe hari impamvu yumvikana.
8. The consultation with the executive committee, the leader can establish special commissions in charge of different activities depending on the activity plan that is going on in GOSAF as scripted in GOSAF Statutes, Chapter 3, and Article 13/afashijwe n’abagize komite nyobozi, umuyobozi wa GOSAF kuri Site ashobora gushyiraho za komisiyo zishinzwe imirimo itandukanye agendeye ku nteganyabikorwa ya GOSAF nkuko biri mu mategeko agenga GOSAF,igika cya 3,ingingo ya 13.
BLOCK 2: DISCIPLINE/INTERURO YA 2: IMYITWARIRE
9. The members of GOSAF KIE should/Abanyamuryango ba GOSAF kuri site bagomba:
1. attend ALL KIE meetings, lectures, conferences where students are invited/kwitabira gahunda zose za paroisse site iherereyemo
2. be exemplar and a model in their respective classes/kuba intangarugero n’ikitegererezo mu matsinda ayo ayari yo yose babarizwamo.
3. respect the SUKIE officials and abide by the rules that govern SUKIE/kubaha inzego z’ubuyobozi bwite bwa leta no kuhahiriza amategeko y’igihugu
4. be patriotic/gukunda igihugu.
5. Be good stewards of their time, scholarship fees, KIE property- pay a monthly contribution of frw 500 (as stipulated in the 27th, 29th, 30th Article, chapter 5 of the Statutes/gucunga neza igihe cyabo,udufaranga twabo,umutungo wa Paroisse,gutanga umusanzu usabwa nkuko wagenwe hakurikijwe ibyiciro abantu babarizwamo.
10.Every student, member of GOSAF, must be taught the “Good Samaritanship” Crash course then He or she is presented to general assembly for covenant vows/buri munyamuryango agomba kwigishwa inyigisho nyamukuru za GOSAF hanyuma agashyikirizwa ihuriro rusange kugirango anoze indahiro ye imbere y’abandi banyamuryango.
11.The country GOSAF issues certificates of conduct and membership cards to all her members/GOSAF Rwanda itanga inyemezamyitwarire ndetse n’amakarita y’ubunyamuryango ku banyamuryango bayo bose.
BLOCK 3: ELECTIONS/AMATORA
As permitted by the 17th Article of the 4th Chapter in the statutes of GOSAF,
12.The GOSAF KIE executive and representative committee is biannually elected by the quorum of ¾ of KIE members/Komite ya GOSAF kuri site itorwa buri myaka 2 na ¾ by’abanyamuryango. Iyo babuze inshuro 2 bahamagazwa ntibaze ababonetse bose batora komite ikemezwa.
13.Is eligible any member who has been a member of GOSAF for at least 24 months of calendar year/buri wese umaze amezi 13 mu muryango ashobora gutorerwa kuba muri komite.
14.Basing on the nature of GOSAF activities being more of spirituality, there will not be campaigns for those who would like to be elected/Bitewe n’inshingano za GOSAF nta nama zo kwiyamamaza zizabaho ku bantu bazaba bashaka kuba mu buyobozi.
15.The voting procedures are communicated at least a week before the voting day by the country GOSAF committee in exercise/ ibigenderwaho mu kwiyamamaza bitangazwa nibura mbere ho icyumweru 1 ngo amatora abe. Bitangazwa na GOSAF Rwanda.
16.There should be a SUKIE envoy to supervise the elections/Umuyobozi wa Paroisse site ibarizwamo agomba kuboneka mu gihe cy’amatora akayagenzura ko aba mu mucyo.
17.The newly elected committee starts operating after 7 days of the elections. These 7 days are induction days to help the in-coming committee the nature of the work they are going to do/Komite yatowe itangira imirimo nyuma y’iminsi 7 uhereye igihe batorewe. Iyo minsi bayimara basobanurirwa imirimo batorewe kugirango bazayikore neza.
18.The secretary of the new elected committee writes a report about the election and submits it to the country GOSAF committee ant to the SUKIE committee/umunyamabanga ucyuye igihe yandika raporo y’uko amatora yagenze akayohereza mu buyobozi bwa GOSAF Rwanda.
BLOCK 4. PENALITIES / JUSTICE-IBIHANO/UBUTABERA
19. Any crime / misconduct / misdemeanors that that transgress or break the laws of Rwanda are punished according to the Rwandan penal code. However, the cases are first forwarded to SUKIE powers which treat the cases accordingly/Ibyaha cyangwa imyitwarire igayitse inyuranye n’amategeko ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda bishyikirizwa inzego zibishinzwe nubwo bibanza kubwibwa umuyobozi wa Paroisse site iherereyemo.
20.Any member of the leadership who is. Suspected to have committed serious sins or crimes as stipulated in the penal code of Rwanda is immediately suspended from the committee by the country GOSAF President and then is forwarded to the court of law/umwe mu bayobozi ugaragaweho n’ibyaha bikomeye nkuko biteganywa n’amategeko ahana y’u Rwanda ahita akurwa mu buyobozi bwa GOSAF n’umuyobozi mukuru wa GOSAF Rwanda.
21.Every member has right to express themselves in the monthly general assembly. However rudeness and spender of any member can result into disciplinary measures (dismissal, a time – quarantine, law suit)/buri munyamuryango afite uburenganzira bo gutanga ibyifuzo bye no kugira ijambo mu nama nkuru za GOSAF ariko gushyomoka no kuvuga amagambo akomeretsa abanyamuryango bishobora gutuma hafatwa ingamba zifatirwa abagize imyitwarire mibi bose.
22.Any other conflicts that might emerge within GOSAF KIE will be solved by executive committee and it fails, the matters will be forwarded to country GOSAF executive committee which will examine the cases and decide suitable resolutions/Andi makimbirane yaboneka muri GOSAF akemurwa na Komite nyobozi byananirana ikibazo bakacyohereza muri GOSAF National ikagenzura nyuma igatanga imyanzuro yayo.
23.The monthly General Assembly GOSAF resolutions are communicated to all members and forwarded to both the country GOSAF executive committee and SUKIE executive committee. Imyanzuro y’Inama ya buri kwezi itangarizwa umuyobozi wa Paroisse n’abanyamuryango bose haba hari ibyihutirwa bigatangarizwa GOSAF Rwanda.
